Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, is connecting to two new destinations in Europe since April. Ryanair, a well-known company with low costs, will be the first route to be launched on 1 April in Podgorica-Bologna. This flight is scheduled twice a week, Monday and Friday.

Ryanair operates six airlines operating from Podgorica airport. Considering the further expansion of Montenegro’s activities, representatives of the company said they are interested in inclusion of Tivat airport in their flight systems.

Gary Butler, director of airline development, met with Danilo Orlandić, CEO of Montenegrin Airports to talk about more flight opportunities, according to the news at cdn. This year Ryanair will connect Podgorica to six destinations. Podgorica will be accessible by plane from Stockholm, Brussels, London, Berlin and Bologna twice a week.

Also, the famous Norwegian airline “Norwegian Air Shuttle” is planning to bring another country from Scandinavia in the coming days. The new flight direction will be the Tivat-Helsinki line.
